Cancellation Policy

Standard Room Reservations

• Free Cancellation Period: Up to 48 hours before check-in date
• Late Cancellation Fee: One night's room rate plus applicable taxes
• No-Show Fee: Full amount of the first two nights

Suite & VIP Room Reservations

• Free Cancellation Period: Up to 72 hours before check-in date
• Late Cancellation Fee: Two nights' room rate plus applicable taxes
• No-Show Fee: Full amount of the first three nights

Package Reservations

• Free Cancellation Period: Up to 7 days before check-in date
• Late Cancellation Fee: 50% of total package price
• No-Show Fee: Full package price

Group Bookings

• Free Cancellation Period: Up to 14 days before check-in date
• Late Cancellation Fee: 50% of total booking value
• No-Show Fee: Full booking value

Special Events & Holiday Periods

Special cancellation terms may apply during peak periods, major events, or holidays. These terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), we may modify our cancellation policy accordingly. Each case will be reviewed individually with our guests' best interests in mind.

Refund Process

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking
• Any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted from the refund amount

Modifications to Reservations

• Date changes are subject to availability and may incur rate differences
• Modifications must be made within the free cancellation period to avoid fees
• Room type changes may affect the rate and are subject to availability
